Is my Item returnable?

All of our pieces are made to order, crafted to the highest standards, and fully inspected before shipping. Because we are a small studio, we are not able to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please feel free to ask us any and every question prior to your purchase, we are happy to spend time with you to understand these pieces.

May i change my color/finish after i place my order?

If you have changed your mind regarding a color/finish selection, we can sometimes accommodate a change if your order has not yet headed into packaging/shipping. It may result in a different lead-time depending on stock availability.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We pack your order with care and hope it is handled that way in transit, however sometimes accidents happen. Contact us within 48 hours to report a damaged shipment. We require that you retain the packaging it arrived in, as we need to submit this with a claim to UPS/FedEx.

May I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Where can i view this piece before I buy it?

We do not have a showroom or retail store, as the majority of our sales are to the trade [interior designers and architects].

Who will install it?

Items which require installation into the wall [mirrors and ribbon drawers] can be performed by a general handyman or contractor. Instructions and in some instances templates are provided to assist in the installation process.
